- Perform total joint replacement surgeries, including hip and knee, both primary and revision.
- Manage patient consultations, pre-operative evaluations, and post-operative care.
- Participate in on-call coverage as part of the practice’s rotation. Call coverage is 1 in 5, covering 1-2 community hospitals without trauma designations. Mostly bread and butter fracture care
- Contribute to the development of surgical protocols and best practices.
- Maintain a strong rapport with patients, providing exceptional care and clear communication throughout their treatment journey.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in Total Joint Arthroplasty.
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care with a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
