Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with foot and ankle disorders, including trauma, deformities, and chronic conditions. Perform both surgical and non-surgical interventions with a focus on personalized patient care.
- Utilize advanced techniques and cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality care. Stay at the forefront of orthopedic advancements to offer the latest treatment options to patients.
- Work closely with a team of orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies. Empower patients with the knowledge they need for optimal recovery and long-term health.
- Contribute to the growth of the foot and ankle program by participating in research, developing clinical protocols, and mentoring residents and fellows.
- Represent the facility in local and regional outreach efforts, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote foot and ankle health and build strong community relationships.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a fellowship or advanced training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
- Proven experience in foot and ankle care, with a track record of successful outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatment methods for foot and ankle conditions. Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills.
- Valid medical license and eligibility to practice in Texas.
Compensation: $400-450K DOE plus bonus and benefits
