Opportunity to join the largest privately owned Orthopedic surgical practice in Washington State as a Total Joints surgeon with ownership in ASC at Seattle based, well established orthopedic specialty group
As a part of Proliance Surgeons, Orthopedic Specialists of Seattle (OSS) is seeking a full-time board eligible or board certified Orthopedic-Total Joint Surgeon to join our team. OSS is the only central Seattle based care center within Proliance Surgeons, a physician-owned and managed corporation consisting of more than 150 orthopedists, general, plastic and ENT surgeons, with care centers located throughout Seattle and the Puget Sound.
The Total Joints Orthopedic Surgeon will be joining a well-respected team of 9 Orthopedic Surgeons and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. Our current partners are fellowship-trained and range in age and scope of practice including adult reconstruction, sports medicine, shoulder and elbow, hand surgery, complex surgery of the hip and knee, foot and ankle, and spine. Our new surgeon will have the opportunity to capture existing demand, while building and expanding on a successful elective general orthopedics and total joints practice within our growing region.
A new physician associate is eligible for shareholder status in the corporation upon ABOS certification, with a short 3-years vesting schedule to full participation in ASC ancillary incomes in addition to MRI, Xray and DME ancillary incomes. Our physicians consistently rank above MGMA median total compensation for orthopedic surgeons in their same-specialty, while producing well below the median wRVU's, providing a sustainable work-life balance that our physicians have come to deeply appreciate.
