HAND SURGEON
Orthopedics Northwest PLLC is looking for a board eligible/board certified orthopedic surgeon fellowship trained in hand surgery. The candidate will join a dynamic and well-established orthopedic group with many different subspecialties. We expect the candidate to have a busy practice from day one since one of our 2 hand surgeons retired last year. The candidate will enjoy autonomy of his/her practice with support from other physicians and mid-level providers.
Job Description
New hand surgeon will work with another hand surgeon to accommodate demand in community referrals. New hand surgeon will take a minimum of 5 days monthly general and orthopedic hand call at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital. 5-day work week with potential for creative work schedule. New hand surgeon will be walking into a robust hand practice.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited orthopedic residency program
- Board eligible/board certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship in hand surgery
- Licenses in the state of WA by time of employment
- DEA
- Current BLS
Benefits
- FTE: 1.0
- Starting Salary: $600,000 (1st year income guarantee, 2nd year production based)
- Signing bonus/moving expense: $60,000
