Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon with a specialization in Trauma and Complex Spine to join our team in Sacramento, California. This role offers the opportunity to work within a physician-led, multi-specialty environment committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform trauma and complex spine surgeries, including both elective and emergent cases.
Provide comprehensive care for spine trauma patients, including pre-operative evaluation, surgical interventions, and post-operative management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Engage in continuous professional development through teaching, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
Participate in research and contribute to advancing the field of neurosurgery.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Neurosurgery.
Fellowship training in Trauma/Complex Spine Surgery.
Proven experience in spine trauma and complex spinal disorders.
Strong commitment to teamwork, patient care, and continuous learning.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
